Mission Statement
"Artists Reaching Out Through Art"
RRAA's mission is the cultural and educational enrichment of the community. By providing opportunities for artists and the public to collectively participate in fine art events, our aim is to establish Rio Rancho as a vital element in the cultural community of New Mexico.
These programs take place at the monthly membership meetings (normally held on the first Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at Destiny Center in Rio Rancho) and are subject to change. The programs are free of charge and you need not be a member to attend. Find out more about each of these presenters by clicking on the links that are highlighted.
October: Ann Vigil gives a talk on scrimshaw techniques.
November: Tabletop Boutique. Get your Holiday Shopping done early! Support the local economy! Buy original and affordable works of art (and holiday cards too). Admission is free. Refreshments and live music included. Enjoy a relaxing and stress free shopping environment. 5-9 p.m. at the Destiny Center.
December: Membership Christmas Party (restricted to members and guests of members only).
